Would love some thoughts on this if you work or provide care in a hospital. The media is presenting increasing coverage of provider standards and inpatient care, helping people make smarter decisions about which medical facility can be entrusted with a loved one. In the course of life, it is common for consumers to begin researching quality care facilities only as medical emergencies arise. When people rely on a single source of information in dire need, medical providers have a duty to prepare families for the mental, physical, emotional, and also financial challenges ahead. Do you agree?
